JOB TITLE:  Electrical Quality Engineer III

JOB DUTIES:

Responsible for the resolution and prevention of Electrical/Warranty quality issues. Work with engineers and managers to achieve quality improvement goals. Leading cross functional teams in the root cause, containment, corrective action and service action for quality issues. Ensure the team is focused on the top items and will bridge communication between engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality and purchasing to ensure the appropriate expertise is engaged in the resolution process. Ensure that lessons learned are captured and applied to future products. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US required. Apply experience in the following: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, Minitab.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

Position requires a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field and twelve (12) months of experience. One (1) year experience must have included: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, Minitab. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required.
