The
Global Communications Lead will work closely with the Global Change
Management and Communications Lead and other team members in the
Digital Transformation group, the Global Communications Lead will
create, manage and execute the enterprise communications plan. S/he
will develop strong understanding of departmental, enterprise, and
corporate goals and strategies, and ensure they are integrated into
different parts of the organization. Responsibilities include but
not limited to:
- Develop and implement communications campaigns and monitor their success
- Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success
- Collaborate with Global Change Management Lead to execute communications and initiatives (i.e., town halls) that support the Global Digital Strategy
- Ensure Stellantis branding is respected as applicable
- Manage enterprise communications through Salesforce
- Maintain multiple communications channels (i.e., website, community, News Hub, etc.) and assets
- Write and deliver internal newsletter on a monthly basis
- Collaborate with team on planning and execution of global and North America regional events
- Support the Office of the CIO with regional communications
- Manage licensing for communications tools (i.e., SurveyMonkey, Mentimeter, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field required
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Ability to write story-driven content about complex technical subjects and projects that engage target audiences and enhances the company’s image
- Experience in communicating to various audiences (various industries, organization/team sizes, various management levels including senior executives, various departments including human resources and marketing, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of team members, clients and colleagues in all capacities.
- Strong ability to think creatively, solve problems, set priorities and work under pressure.
- Experience working on a global multicultural team in a distributed environment
- Demonstrate ability to manage ambiguous work environment
- Detailed oriented
- Foundational knowledge of Agile
- Familiarity with Microsoft products
- Perform a variety of tasks, such as the creation and development of print and online advertising, email marketing, website management and content development, press releases, corporate videos and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with corporate communications team
- Working knowledge of uses and administration of popular social media outlets (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Flickr, Instagram, YouTube)
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn complex business processes
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual graphics)
- Master’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
- Strong ability to interact with leadership teams as needed
- Demonstrated leadership

- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to develop communication assets and graphics, web development, etc.

Candidates must be local to metro Detroit but will work remotely.
